Pad Print/Screen Print

NT12 System: Specifically designed for medical device items such as catheters, tubing, solution bags, syringe barrels or similar items made from low or high density polyethylenes and/or polypropylene and some modified polyolefins. For optimum adhesion and scuff resistance properties, the items must be corona treated
(40 dynes/cm2 minimum) prior to printing.

NT16 System: Specifically designed for medical device items such as catheters, tubing, pipettes, solution bags and similar items made from vinyl (PVC), polystyrene, ABS, polyurethane, acrylics and polycarbonates (Lexan®).

NT32 System: Modified co-solvent polyamid polymers specifically designed for medical device items such as catheters, tubing, solution bags or similar items made from polyethylene, polypropylene and some modified polyolefins. For optimum adhesion and abrasion resistance, the items must be corona treated (40 dynes/cm2 minimum) prior to printing. This system is recommended where adhesion is of prime importance and superior alcohol resistance is not required. Our NT12 system is recommended where optimum alcohol resistance is required.

NT35 System: Water-reducible, specially modified, acrylic polymer system. One-part, air-dry or heat-assist curing ink systems exhibiting excellent printability and adhesion to uncoated/coated papers, Tyvek®, corona treated polyethylene and polypropylene, styrene, aluminum foil and other porous and non-porous substrates.
Formulated as an environmentally-safe alternative to solvent-based inks. Complies with Federal and State VOC Emission Standards.
